Evans Construction began working with Dr. Roffis when he constructed his first office in 1996. With plans for expansion to accommodate a growing practice, Dr. Roffis purchased property nearby to build a new facility.

Custom-built from the ground up, this 7,000+ square foot optometry office accommodates 5 doctors in this location. The design includes many custom finishes and high-end details, such as stone walls, decorative soffits, built-in custom cabinetry and display areas. The layout includes three waiting rooms, multiple exam rooms, lab space, technical stations, conference area, business offices and staff lounge.

The project scope involved all exterior site work, site lighting and landscaping.
