The Shoppes at Reynolds Crossing

Evans recently completed the construction of ‘Building A’, part of a massive, multi-phased, planned development. Anchored by the nearby, new upscale Walmart, this section of the complex has been leased to impressive national retailers like Starbucks, Chipotle, Jersey Mike’s, Hair Cuttery, America's Best, Ntelos Wireless, Lee Nails and Salad Works.

It was necessary for the project team to independently interface with many of these national franchise owners to forecast future planning details. Certain considerations were made along the way to make sure specifications met design constraints and corporate standards.

The building features architectural details showcasing the latest in building trends and use of materials. Our project teams did an impressive job at perfecting the details to make this project so visually appealing. The project scope included the construction of the entire building shell and all related site-work.
